Next came the collaboration that made many players check their garages. PUBG x Bugatti promised to let survivors command the Battlegrounds with incomparable elegance and performance. The full reveal arrived in the dedicated collaboration announcement, but the Store image alone was enough to spark speculation. Luxury car design and battle royale chaos rarely share the same sentence, yet here they were, sharing the same update.
Not every new item was about raw speed. A warm and sweet charm also entered the shop, ready to charm foes into surrender with a little sugar instead of shrapnel. The weapon chase got hotter with the Sun Scorched S1897. Forget sunblock, because no survivor was safe from a fully loaded Sun Scorched shotgun. The Contraband Crate brought a progressive skin and a chroma variant in yellow-purple, giving collectors two reasons to test their luck. The first purchase of the Sun Scorched - Contraband Crate (Open 10) offered a 50% discount, which made the opening ritual a little easier to justify. Subscription players were not forgotten. The third PlayStation Plus bundle of 2025 arrived with Hunter's Chests, Keys, and Contraband Coupons. Xbox Game Pass players could also claim Hunter's Chests, Keys, and Contraband Coupons through the third Survivor Pack of 2025. These rewards gave regular subscribers a steady drip of progression materials without asking them to open a single extra crate.
Finally, the personalized shop reopened in August. Your Shop returned with discounted goods tailored to each player, once again proving that no two survivors would see exactly the same offers. It was a fitting end to a packed update.
Do any of these items still matter in 2026? The original sales windows from that August update have long since closed, but the featured items may appear again through the Workshop, Your Shop, or other in-game events. That possibility kept collectors checking the Store long after the update was gone.
