PUBG Update 11.2 has arrived, bringing a fresh Survivor Pass, structural changes to Erangel's iconic bridges, and a new LABS mode that promises chaotic fun. The update also includes a range of quality-of-life improvements, performance optimizations, and bug fixes. Here is a detailed breakdown of what players can expect.

๐ŸŽ‰ Survivor Pass: Pajama Party

The first Survivor Pass of the season invites players to turn their slumber party into a slaughter party. Survivor Pass: Pajama Party offers over 30 rewards across 50 levels, with a cozy sleepover theme. The pass marks a new approach: passes are no longer tied to the season's theme or duration, giving developers more flexibility. Two packages are available: the Pajama Party Weapon Pack (990 G-Coin) includes the Premium Pass and The Big Sleep AUG weapon skin; the Pajama Party Weapon and Level Pack (3,270 G-Coin) adds a Lv.30 coupon. The pass runs for six weeks, and players must claim rewards before it endsโ€”there is no grace period.

๐ŸŒ‰ Erangel Bridge Rework

Following community feedback, the East and West bridges connecting Erangel mainland to Sosnovka Island have received a minor rework. The changes add new defendable positions and catwalks underneath the bridges, offering both defensive options against bridge campers and a new avenue of attack. Additional cover has been placed for those who enjoy setting up a tent and waiting for the 'brrr' of an incoming UAZ. The dump truck has been repositioned, and the 4th Anniversary Graffiti Contest graffiti has been removed.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Reputation System Changes

Since the Reputation System launched in Update 10.2, players have voiced frustration over abuse of the report mechanic. Update 11.2 addresses this by ensuring that spamming multiple reports through the replays system no longer unfairly impacts a targeted player's reputation. A cap has been placed on reputation loss per match to prevent misuse, especially when pre-made squad members report a random teammate. Players with a reputation level of 1 or below now have increased potential reputation points available, speeding up recovery for good behavior.

๐Ÿ“Š Match History and UI Improvements

The Match History and Match Report screens have been redesigned for better clarity. Map images are larger, icons for the Last 20 Match Stats are improved, and the Placement Trend is now a line graph instead of a bar graph. Average Kills has been replaced with K/D Ratio, and Assists have been added to recorded stats. Text now flows horizontally when the UI area is shorter than the text length. Console players benefit from several control tweaks, including R-Stick camera movement in the inventory, changes to quick pick-up/drop, and the removal of the Inventory Cursor Sensitivity option.

โšก Performance and Server Optimizations

The update brings multiple performance improvements: reduced hitches through optimization work, additional multi-threaded rendering support for CPU performance, animation optimizations, and improved smoke particles for Smoke Grenades to reduce frame drops. The EU server currently located in Ireland is being moved to Paris, France. Half of the Irish servers move with Update 11.2, with the remaining half to follow if results are positive. This may impact pings for a small number of players near Ireland, but overall ping should improve.

๐Ÿš PUBG LABS: Respawn Royale

Respawn Royale is a new LABS mode set on Paramo for up to eight squads. It features a 500% damage increase for all weapons and throwables, creating a one-shot-kill experience. Defeated squadmates automatically rejoin after a 100-second death timer, provided at least one squad member remains alive. If the squad is wiped, they are eliminated. Weapon looting is removed; instead, players choose from three spawn kits, which can be changed each time they respawn. The Bluezone still functions normally. The mode runs from May 6 to May 10.

๐ŸŽ Store Updates and Item Changes

Several common, gray rarity items have been adjusted to improve consistency and can now be exchanged for 60 BP each. A number of items are being removed from the shop after maintenance, including the Road Warrior Helmet and various Battlestat weapon skins. New animated PUBG ID Nameplates are available in two batches, priced at 500 G-Coin each. New cosmetic bundles include the Sheepover G-Coin value pack, Labor Day sets, circus-themed sets, explorer sets, and streamer MOZZ's pack.

๐Ÿ› Bug Fixes

The update resolves numerous issues, including: regular players being able to make administrative changes in custom games; raindrops forming on indoor vehicles in overcast weather; unnatural left arm movement when equipping a weapon from slot 2; gunshot sounds playing twice for bots; vehicles not destroying small fences; Panzerfaust backblast distance; FPP aiming issues in Pickup truck passenger seats; Duckbill attachment shape; Jammerpack restoration after Emergency Pickup; interacting through unbroken windows; Motorbike and Mirado sliding/shaking; consumables being used when adjusting scope zero point while ADS; and various UI, skin, and item clipping issues.

Update 11.2 offers a substantial package of content and improvements. Whether players are diving into the Pajama Party pass, exploring the reworked bridges, or experiencing the chaos of Respawn Royale, there is plenty to keep them engaged.
